U.S and International Sales

Everett Veterinary Hospital & Boarding House, Inc. ships for an additional $12.50-$60.00 USD (dependant on package) within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO or FPO addresses. If shipping outside of the aforementioned areas, there will be additional charges (dependent on the cost) in addition to the $12.50-$60.00 USD shipping fee for the shipment of products. The customer is also responsible for any custom fees, import fees, and any other charge initiated by the customs of the country being shipped to. In regards to overseas shipping, Everett Veterinary Hospital & Boarding House, Inc. is required by law to declare the full purchase price on the package mailed.

All Science Diet food has a 100% palatability and customer satisfaction guarantee. If you have a problem or concern please contact us right away.

All other sales are considered final. We stand behind the products that we sell. If you have concerns please contact us and we will work with you to try and resolve them.
