About Our Boarding Services:

We offer full service day care, overnight and extended boarding for dogs, cats, birds and exotic pets; 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Our hours are:

Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
For Check In & Check Out

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
For Check In & Check Out

Sunday: 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Check Out ONLY

Financial Policy:

Please note new policy: All pets are charged for the day of drop off, regardless the time of arrival.  You will not be charged for the last day's stay, if you pick up your pet before the afternoon sessions begin at 3:00 pm Monday-Friday , 11:00 on Saturday and 5-6 pm Sunday.

Holidays:

We will pamper your pets on holidays too; however there are no pick-up or drop off times offered on New Years Day, Memorial Day (Mon), July 4th, Labor Day (Mon), Easter (Sun), Thanksgiving Day (Thurs), or Christmas Day.

This does not mean that your pet will not be well taken care of, but our office will be closed to the public so our staff can enjoy the holidays. Our boarding team of professionals will make sure your pets enjoy their holidays, too.

Check-In:

We make every effort to provide our guests with a get away that does not upset their normal routines. Please allow time at check in so that we can gather important and accurate information for arranging your pet's accommodations. In planning your own departure please be sure to allow a few extra minutes to assure a stress free experience for your pet.

Meals:

We serve high quality Science Diet Food to all our guests unless you specify a special need, prescription diet or personal preference. If you feel your pet may not react well to a change from their regular diet, you may bring your pet food of choice, but please make sure you bring enough.

Bedding:

You are welcome to bring personal items such as beds, toys and treats. The bedding must be washable & we do not accept cedar-filled bedding. We do our best to return your items in the same condition that they were left with us, but no guarantees can be made against damage.

Dog Boarding:

Vaccinations:

All dogs boarding in our general population kennel must be current on their Bordetella (Kennel Cough),  Distemper combination (Distemper, Hepatitis, Adenovirus, Corona, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus) and Rabies vaccinations.

If your pet is not current on these vaccines, we can provide them for you and board your pet in our isolation ward until the vaccines take effect.  Please Note: Our isolation ward space is very limited, so ask for more detailed information about vaccinations, immune response time and boarding in our isolation ward.

All Dog Suites Include:

• Veterinarian supervised boarding
• Comfortable indoor runs or cages
• Lots of love and attention with daily treats
• Minimum of 3 exercise periods per day
• Frequent housekeeping service and clean bedding
• Indoor and outdoor exercise areas
• High quality Science Diet Food (unless you provide your own)

Optional Services We Provide:

• Play time with staff
• Cuddle time or brushing (1 on 1 with a loving staff member)
• Nail trim
• Swim time in a wading pool (weather permitting)
• Oral Medication treatment
• Injections

Cat Boarding:

Cats staying in our Cat House or Kitty Condos need to be current on their Distemper combination (Feline Viral Rhinotrachetis, Calcivirus, Pheumonitis and Panleukopenia) vaccinations.

If your pet is not current on these vaccines, we can provide them for you and board your pet in our isolation ward until the vaccines take effect.  Please Note: Our isolation ward space is very limited, so ask for more detailed information about vaccinations, immune response time and boarding in our isolation ward.

• Veterinarian supervised boarding
• Comfortable kitty condos
• Lots of love and attention with daily treats
• Minimum of 1 exercise period per day
• Frequent housekeeping service and clean bedding
• Indoor play area with window
• High quality Science Diet Food (unless you provide your own)

Optional Services We Provide:

• Play time with staff
• Cuddle time or brushing (1 on 1 with a loving staff member)
• Nail trim
• Oral Medication treatment
• Injections

Bird and Exotic Pet Boarding:

We request that you provide the meals and treats for your bird and exotic animals while boarding with us. We work very hard to provide a home-like setting for your pet, but many avian and exotic breeds are very sensitive to diet and environmental changes. Feel free to bring pellets, seeds, fruit, veggies, worms, tasty crawling edibles or whatever you pet would normally like to eat at home. Providing their own cage can also be helpful in reducing stress and assuring them a great vacation.  If you choose, we can provide a cage for an additional fee.
